FabricMart Order!!!!!!

Yesterday I had my cortisone shots - OW!!!!!! But it's been over 8 years so let's hope for another 8!!

But as I pulled up to my garage I saw the box and got giddy,

Ponte

Jersey

Print ITY

Solid ITY

I want to sew and sew and sew! :-D

*I have been having ridiculous issues with the Blogger interface and may be switching to Wordpress and I don't even care for WP...But Blogger isn't helping me resolve the issue and I'm getting tired of workarounds.

I can ONLY blog using Firefox on a windows PC (and it doesn't work well). Only using safari on my iPad (and it doesn't work well. Plus photos can't be loaded directly). And only using chrome on my MacBook.

Over. It.

  1. Love your fabric choices!! I purchased from Fabrics Mart a couple of weeks back, and bought a solid cotton jersey in a very similar purple as you did. It will be neat to see what you make with this.

    1. Most of these will be shells. I have a thing for cardigans and jackets but get way too hot to wear sleeved shirts :)

  2. You're obviously incapacitated... just send along all of those juicy fabrics to me, they will be happy and safe here :)

Uhmm, do you want to come cut some patterns out for me? :-D

  3. I really like the fabric, I just ordered ITY fabric from Fabric.com. Am starting to get into knits and I like the look and feel of ITY. Sorry about the blogging issue, if you decide to switch let us know.

    1. I really like their ITY and all of the bright colors and prints.

We'll see how this crazy blog thing goes (yesterday's post took over an hour of fiddling which is insane.)

  4. Haha! I had that same black-and-white print ponte in my cart, but removed it because I couldn't think of an immediate use for it (one of my current fabric-buying requirements). I did order some of that solid-print ITY jersey, though1

    1. I'm going to make pants! :-O

Eek! I want a pair of slim pants with it. Not sure if I am going to use a pattern or try to copy a pair of Gap slim pants that I *love*.

Can't wait to see what you make!

  7. Sending healing energy to your wrist!!!
That is really crazy about the blogging issue! Haven't heard of that issue before. I use blogger on chrome and firefox on my Windows 7 PC (and my terrible awful horrible win8 netbook. Win8 is horrendous. There, I said it!!!)

  8. Firefox on a PC? You just described my internet life. =) Blogger can be a pain, but it's simple and my plate is too full right now to focus on learning something new. I'm looking at you Mac.

I had a full cart of fabric and fell asleep before purchase. Oh well.

    1. OMG Mac has no learning curve. None! So user friendly!!!!

Good job. I have done that many a time...fill my cart and then not checkout. I think just the thought of a bunch of lovely fabric is enough sometimes.

  10. Sorry that you're having troubles with blogger. I use Chrome and only blog from my desktop. I guess I should be more adventurous but this works for me so I've been doing it this way for the last 9 years. However, this does explain why those fabric pictures are so tiny and not filling my fabric lust at all!!!

Hope your wrist feels better soon!

    1. Oh gosh! Sorry about that! I should include the links when I talk about places.

I am a FabricMart die-hard devotee. I think they have really decent fabric at great prices and their sales...oh their sales get me every time.
